Josh is a versatile and experienced Recording Engineer and Mixer based in London, England.
From 2012 to 2017 Josh was at the helm of the legendary Konk Studios working with some of the industry’s leading producers and engineers on a number of highly regarded projects.
Aside from the invaluable experience working with Konk’s owner, Ray Davies, his five years engineering at Konk took in sessions including Bombay Bicycle Club’s Mercury Prize nominated 4th album ‘So Long, See You Tomorrow’, projects with Franz Ferdinand, Spiritualized, The Fall, Noisettes, Robbie Williams, Madness, Wild Beasts and many more, while working alongside noted producers such as James Ford, Jim Abbiss, Craig Silvey, Guy Massey, Mark Rankin, Ruadhri Cushnan and Chris Kimsey.
Forever excited by new artists and music Josh has continued to build his reputation since leaving Konk, working with artists including Florence & The Machine, Michael Kiwanuka, Anna Calvi, Lower Than Atlantis, Trampolene and Adult Jazz.
Josh is based in a purpose built mix room in London, but is equally happy to work in other studios or artists and producers own spaces.
